Our family stayed here for a week and absolutely enjoyed this condo, the location and the incredible communication with the owner. First, working with the owner was a top notch experience. They went to great lengths to ensure our stay was first class. Second, the condo has everything you need plus more. It's appointments and comfort are hard to beat - TVs in every room, blazing fast Internet, very clean and well maintained. Everything is essentially new. Third, you can't top this location. You're a short walking distance from the beach, pier, great restaurants, shops and the grocery store. This is hands down our first choice when we get back to Tybee. Thanks and hats off to the owner for the wonderful family experience!
The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The pools and hot tub were great, but the beach was the best part of our vacation. The condo was located in a very nice area with stores, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The owner was very helpful and very engaged in the process. He made the rental process very easy. We would definitely return to this condo and can easily recommend this property to others. – Very Happy Visitor
To prepare for our rare family vacations, I do some pretty extensive research to find the perfect location and perfect accommodations. After another rental home fell through in another GA coastal town, I started looking at the Tybee area. Soon into my search, I found this condo and immediately put in an inquiry. The very next morning, Scott personally called me to tell me more about his beautiful condo and the surrounding area. I was impressed that he made the effort to call me and also willingly disclosed to me the fact that the balcony is not an ocean view. (no big deal to us!) I soon decided that this was the place for my family - ocean view or not! We were immediately wowed upon entering! The decor is incredible! The photos on the listing show exactly what we were greeted with. Everything was immaculately clean and fresh, bedrooms gorgeous and quite roomy and the kitchen made it a joy for me to cook on vacation! The master bath is huge! We loved all the beach-themed decorations. We were amazed at how large the balcony is - couches, a great new grill that my husband LOVED and a view of the pool below. Very nice to be able to keep tabs on the family below as I had a quiet moment alone. The walk to the beach is quite short and no big deal, although when we walked back for the first time we got a little turned around because of Brass Rail's 2 separate parking garages. Being so close to the big pavilion and pier was a wonderful surprise! Spending a full day on the beach is made so easy with the 4 beach chairs and beach umbrella. Heavenly!! Location is GREAT! So many things within walking distance. Great restaurants, gelato icecream (a must!), church, small grocery. We didn't use our car except for sightseeing trips, Publix, and a day in Savannah. I highly recommend this condo! We have 2 elementary school aged children and even though the furniture and decor are very plush, it is still very homey and comfortable. My whole family loved this place. I can't say enough good things about it! Far exceeded our expectations. We hope to return and make more happy family memories! Also, I must say a word about how attentive Scott was to our needs. One example - I emailed him about the possibility of getting a few hangers in the closets as there were none and the very next morning, the nice cleaning lady was there with tons of hangers and a happy smile! This is one of the nicest condos that my family and I have stayed in. It was well decorated and very clean. The owner was very helpful in making sure we knew everything about the condo and was very helpful in answering any questions we might have. The photos were very helpful and everything you saw in the photos was true. I would recommend this condo to my friends and would go back again. We went to Savannah to visit the historic city and it was very close and didn't take long to get there from the condo. In the middle of the Tybee action yet quiet and secluded when you need to get away from all the beech goers. Lovely furnishings with very comfortable beds. Enough room for 7. Highly recommend this property if you want to be close to the beach and have a great time on Tybee Island. - Richmond Hill, Georgia
Our stay at this condo was great. From the time we arrived until we left. It was so clean and had a lot of room. It was in a gated area so we felt safe. You had a code to punch in to get in the gate, and to get though any of the doors coming in or to the pool areas. The pool was very clean and neat. I think this was the best condo I have ever stayed in. When we first arrived the owner called and told us that they hoped that we had a good stay and if we had any problems to just give them a call. They will call you back too unlike some places that I have stayed.that you never can get the owners. Not these owners they are very nice people. They also called when we got home, and made sure everything was ok for us, and let me know that they had already sent my sercurtiy deposite to me that I paid up front. My brother, his wife, and daughter, and my sister and me stayed there, and they said that was the nices place they had stayed in, It is only about 100 yds walk to the beach. I will be going back for sure. Everyone around was so nice. I would recomend this condo to anyone. - Blairsville, Georgia
We had a wonderful time at this condo during our stay at Tybee! The interior is new and well furnished with all the amenities. We especially enjoyed the elevator which made transporting our one year old to and from the beach/pool much easier. It was also nice to have a storage closet at the parking level to store beach gear. The pool is very close and can be seen from the balcony. The beach is wide with quality sand, and is only a short walk away. This unit is also walkable to many restaurants and shops, so you don't even need your car! Scott is great and made booking this accommodation a breeze. He even mailed us our stroller when we accidentally left if behind. I highly recommend this condo!! - Atlanta, Georgia
Our family was vacationing at Tybee Island for the first time and was so excited with this condo. It was so beautiful and had everything you could need for a beach vacation. Scott provides you with beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella and that was so nice not to have to pack that. This was our 23rd year of vacationing with our kids at the beach and it was by far the most beautiful condo we have stayed in. Our only disappointment was that you couldn't see the beach from our room, but you do have a great view of the pool. Thanks you Scott for making our vacation another great memory!!!! - Carroll, Ohio
The property was beautifully decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed. It was within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was a little bit further to the beach than we had anticipated but not too bad a walk. The owner was extremely nice and easy to work with. This is a very nice condo that is decorated with great taste. There is a really nice view of the pool from the balcony. Even the balcony had great furniture. I took my 75 year old mom there for the weekend along with my sisters and nieces. Everyone loved it and wants to go back next year and stay in the same condo. The owner really provided that extra personal touch by calling to see if we enjoyed our stay and to make sure everything at the condo was ok. I really appreciated that. I would definitely stay at this condo again. The Brass Rail is a very clean resort. I felt very safe there. Thanks for a wonderful weekend! - Statesboro, Georgia
